How long will I have to wait for an appointment?

Appointments are available on short notice.

I am a Tricare Prime Beneficiary.
How do referral procedures work?

First you have to contact your primary health care manager at your local Military Medical Treatment Facility.

The health care manager will find out for you, if the medical care will be rendered at a military clinic or by a German doctor.
If your health care manager authorizes care by a German doctor, you have to see your health care finder at the Tricare Service Center who will assist you and issue a care authorization form.
Usually your first appointment will be arranged by the Tricare center.

I am a CHAMPUS Standard Beneficiary.
Can I be seen by Dr. Weber?

As a CHAMPUS Standard member you have the opportunity to make an appointment directly at our office without contacting your local Military Medical Treatment Facility in advance.
As you know, a yearly deductible applies if you see German doctors (for 1 person: 50$ for E1 to E4, 150$ for E5 and above or per family 100$ for E1 to E4, 300$ for E5 and above), also there will be a 20% cost share.

I am a family member of a retired soldier.
Can I be seen by Dr. Weber?

Family members of retirees have the opportunity to make an appointment directly at our office without contacting their local Military Medical Treatment Facility in advance.
As you know, a yearly deductible applies if you see German doctors (150$ for 1 person or 300$ per family).

Also there will be a 25% cost share.

I have a private American or other foreign health insurance.
Can I be seen by Dr. Weber?

We are familiar with foreign health insurances and write your invoice in English language if required.

Also we help you to complete claim forms of your insurance company.

I am an active duty soldier.
Can I be seen by Dr. Weber?

Referral procedures are the same as for Tricare prime.

I am pregnant and would like to see Dr. Weber for an
ultrasound of my baby
